"Out furnace stoped working so we called Hart's because they had installed it quite a few years previous. The lady said they would get someone out to us as soon as they could but they were busy. Early that afternoon a very nice technician was at our door and ready to fix our furnace. He even showed my husband some things to do and check if it ever stops working again.
