Twice in the last year, we’ve had to call for help in the middle of the night as our basement flooded-first from a sump pump failure and a few months later from a hot water heater that broke and caused other failures that left us without heat and hot water and more than 150 gallons of water on our basement floor. The team at Hart answered the phone in the wee hours and walked us through the first steps we needed to take then sent someone quickly to fix and replace the broken appliances. We have really appreciated their work and found their rates to be quite reasonable.

Service was exceptional-First off the receptionist was very courageous & understanding of by problem -"'which was a bulge in the ceiling caused by a leak in the bathroom overhead as well as addition the request to install Morn Water Meter. -Response time was exceptionally compared to other Plummer Services I called. (2days compared to 4 days to a week. -The team that arrived (Isaac & Ben) were remarkably efficient in accomplishing the tasks at hand expeditiously. I am extremely pleased on their workmanship. -

Out furnace stoped working so we called Hart's because they had installed it quite a few years previous. The lady said they would get someone out to us as soon as they could but they were busy. Early that afternoon a very nice technician was at our door and ready to fix our furnace. He even showed my husband some things to do and check if it ever stops working again. The bill for this great service? $125. Amazing!!
